  Return Policy

  Merchandise may be returned ONLY if it is in its’ original packaging and condition within 60 days of receiving the merchandise. Before you can return the items to us, you must send written notification to us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The written notice must be received by Bestonlinecabinets.com within 20 days of receiving the products.

  Shipping Policy

  Upon confirmation of your order, we will prepare the order and get it ready to ship. Most orders will be shipped out within 3 days. The time in transit will vary based on your location; normally it will take about a week. We are based in California so the transit time is based on your distance from California. In most cases, from the time that you place your order, you will receive the products within 2 weeks. There are 3 options on where to ship to and they are listed below.

Our main product is RTA kitchen cabinets and there are many parts to this product and the warranty for certain parts may differ.

• Shipping Terms and Payment Methods

  All shipment will ship UPS ground unless if they are small enough for parcel mail which will ship by USPS and you have the option for package mail to be shipping via UPS 2nd Day which is an extra charge. All other shipments that are too large for UPS ground will be shipped via Freight base on a reliable carrier and their availability to ship out to the shipment address.
