We always recommend getting a sample door to make sure you know how the cabinet is going to look and feel. Sample doors can be ordered for $25 each. There is no extra charge for shipping on sample doors and if you choose to order from any of our cabinet lines, we will credit the sample doors back to you.
Yes, you do! Our regular prices are competitive, but we truly value repeat business so contractors get a higher discount as well as repeat customers, builders, and designers. For further details, feel free to check out our Professional Discount Program or enquire if you are a repeat customer.
Unfortunately, we do not provide installation services unless the job site is local to Los Angeles, CA, however, we can certainly answer all your questions regarding the proper assembly of our cabinets. We do sell cabinets that are pre-assembled, which makes the job of installing your cabinets go a lot faster and easier.
As long as the floor plan and measurements sent to us are accurate, our designers will make sure the cabinets used to design the space will work. It is vital that the measurements are correct as even a 1” difference may cause issues. It is quite common that important issues are overlooked when floor plans are sent to us. Our designers can make all the necessary recommendations for how to correct your layout in order to give you the most usable space, the most efficient design, and perhaps most importantly, an incredible looking kitchen. If you can provide the accurate measurements of the walls and the size and position of doors and windows, then we can give you a layout that will fit your kitchen. For additional information, please feel free to check out Design Help.
Assembling our cabinets is fairly easy, certainly easier than installing them. If you think you can install them on your own, you may very well be able to put them together yourself.
Most of our customers assemble cabinets by themselves, but others may still need some help from professionals. If you already have someone remodeling your house, they should either be able to also assemble the cabinets or have a connection to a professional who can.
The cabinets we sell are already manufactured to specific size and dimensions. Building a single custom cabinet would drastically increase the cost for you. Therefore we do not make custom sizes or custom cabinets. Everything we sell is featured on our website. In many cases, a customer can modify a standard cabinet ever so slightly to meet their exact needs, saving the cost of a custom made cabinet.
RTA stands for READY-TO-ASSEMBLE kitchen cabinets. Generally speaking, RTA cabinets are much more affordable than custom made cabinets or even brand name cabinets. But even though they cost less, RTA cabinets made from reputable companies are actually made with the same level of quality that you can expect from more expensive custom cabinet companies. With RTA cabinets like ours, all the necessary parts are included. You’ll get everything you need to assemble the actual cabinets except the tools. We use cam locks for most of the cabinet styles and most of the holes are predrilled so a good screwdriver can often be enough to get the job done, though we much prefer you use a power drill. 20 minutes is enough time for most handy homeowners or contractors to assemble a simple cabinet on average.
We offer promotions and discounts at various times throughout the year. For more information on any sales that we have currently, click on Current Sale at the top of the page. If nothing appears you are welcome to contact Customer Support to ask about any discounts or promotions that may be coming up.
We provide a 2-year warranty on all our cabinets. We promise to take care of any problems related to manufacturing defects, missing items from boxes and warping (see damage replacements for specifics on warping). You can further review details on our limited warranty, click HERE.
Our quality kitchen cabinets are not the only items that we sell. We also provide range hoods, sinks, bathroom vanities, knobs, and handles, as well as other kitchen accessories.
When you buy cabinets online, you will save yourself time and money. In most cases you stand to save thousands of dollars. By comparison, cabinets for an average sized kitchen purchased by the most basic custom cabinet company will cost you at least $10,000. Bestonlinecabinets can provide the same cabinets for about $2,500! Though there are a lot of variations to this, for the most part, RTA cabinets online usually always have some discount and our prices will always be less with our knowledgeable customer support team always ready to assist in any matters.
Unfortunately, we do not sell just the doors only. Our factory sends us fully built cabinets in their entirety. They come with all the parts needed to assemble the cabinet and we don’t get individual cabinet parts separately.
We understand that this might be your first time to assemble cabinets yourself. We are trying our best to make the assembly instructions as clear as possible. You can find the instructions for most of the styles here. If you still need help, please feel free to contact our support team at 626.614.8975 or via email support[at]bestonlinecabinets.com.
It all depends on which style you order. Most of the cabinets we sell are finished on both the interior and exterior, except for the back because it is usually attached to the wall. If this is not the case for you and the back of the cabinet will be exposed, we carry finished skin panels and molding to cover the outside corner and edge. This situation commonly arises for kitchen islands. Some of our cabinet styles do not have a matching interior finish. They will most likely have a natural maple interior finish.
We build very strong cabinets and whatever style you select will certainly be sturdy enough to hold your countertops and any over counter appliances you will have sitting on the counter.
We offer double oven cabinets for every line we currently carry. With certain cabinet styles, the double oven cabinet is a combination of refrigerator panels, a base cabinet (sizes will vary), a wall cabinet (sizes will vary) and fillers to frame the wall oven. Other cabinet styles will have all the components needed to construct a double oven cabinet, except for the filler to frame the cabinet.
A standard kitchen base cabinet is 34.5” in height. Standard wall cabinets come in three different heights, 30”, 36” and 42”. For bridge wall cabinets, we usually have 12-24” heights available and they only come in 30” widths and 36” width. Certain exceptions exist because some lines do not offer all three cabinets heights. Some cabinet lines offer only one or two. Other lines have unusual heights for their wall cabinets, such as 27”, 33” and 39”. For complete details, see our product specifications for each separate style of cabinet.
The majority of our base cabinets, as well as our bathroom vanities, do come with the needed toe kicks, however, it is best to purchase additional toe kick panels just to be sure you end up with a uniform look in the event you have two or more cabinets that join together.
We only charge sales tax items that are either being picked up locally or being shipped within California. There is absolutely no sales tax for any other state’s customers.
We partner with Paypal Credit and Bread to provide financing for our customers. Financing requires separate approval. Click here to sign up for Paypal credit.
You may return your complete order or any unassembled items that are part of your order, within 30 days of receiving it. You will be responsible for return shipping cost and there will be a 15% restocking fee. We usually waive the restocking fee when a product is being exchanged or for the return of a single cabinet. For more information check our Return Policy
We can definitely ship our cabinets to Canada. With any orders to Canada, you should expect an extra 3-4 business day for shipping time. Since the cabinets are manufactured in China, there is a duty tax that will be applied. We recommend that you get a customs broker to assist you in getting the shipment cleared with customs. A much more cost-effective option would be to have the cabinets delivered to the nearest terminal to your location and pick up the cabinets from the US shipping destination terminal and transport them into Canada yourself.
It normally takes 2-3 business days to process and prepare for RTA orders or 3-5 business days for pre-assembled. Estimated shipping time will vary based on your location. The thermofoil cabinet lines are made to order and production time is 12-15 business days. You can reference our SHIPPING POLICY to see how long the shipment will be in transit until it reaches where it’s final destination.
If you notice that something looks damaged when you receive the delivery, make notes of the specific damage on your delivery receipt BEFORE you sign it. Please reference our Damage and Replacement Policy for more details. If your boxes look perfectly acceptable from the outside but have damaged items inside, please notify us asap so we can contact the shipping company to report any concealed damage to the actual product. This way we will be able to ship out replacements in a timely manner. You can always file a damage replacement application to firstname.lastname@example.org.
