For orders arriving with a freight company:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items and make sure there are no noticeable damages. In addition to checking for damages, also make sure there are no missing pieces. Our shipments go through multiple checks and several pictures are taken to ensure all the items ordered are accounted for and shipped. It may be difficult to check each item while it is still wrapped in the pallet, but if long 8 foot accessories are ordered, and there are no 8-foot boxes attached to the side of the pallet, it may have been lost during transit. Please document any damages or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing and get a signed copy from the driver which they must provide.

Best Online Cabinets, Inc. cannot be held liable if you sign for your order without documenting the damaged and/or missing items. Missing pieces will need to be re-ordered so please thoroughly check upon receiving the order. Please do not refuse any damaged order (instead, follow the above instructions), any returned orders may be subject to restocking fees in accordance with our return policy.

  • Deliveries will be made on varied sized trailers. For gated communities, please provide a contact number that the driver can contact to get through.
  • Once your order has been shipped, an email with the shipping information and tracking number will be sent.
  • In rare cases, there may be additional freight charges if deliveries are made to hard to access locations or special requests: inside delivery, white glove delivery, but the shipping company will contact you beforehand with options. All freight shipments are curbside delivery, but upon request, some drivers may deliver to your driveway if possible.

For orders arriving with FedEx/UPS Ground:

Upon receiving, please inspect all boxes for any damage or missing items within 48 hours and report to Best Online Cabinets, Inc. if there are any issues. For multi-piece shipments, you may receive items at different times: one in the morning and another in the afternoon, or a day later. Failure to do so after 48 hours will result in our manufacturer not accepting any missing or damage claims and you will be responsible for reordering.

Boxes will have a different finish name than on the website:

Few, but several finishes have different names printed on the box than those displayed on our website. The most common will be the “Vanilla Shaker” displayed on our website will have “White Shaker” printed on the box. Please do not refuse the shipment if you think you received the wrong cabinets due to this name mismatch. Shipments go through strict inspections to make sure customers are receiving the correct items.

If you have worked with kitchen designer:

All our designers work off your measurements provided to them. It is EXTREMELY important you provide the most accurate measurements as any inaccuracies may cause an error in cabinet sizes and not fitting the kitchen space. Best Online Cabinets, Inc. cannot be held liable. After our designers have finalized your design, please confirm your measurements and make sure the design will work with your kitchen space. If there are any questions about the accessories or how much space a specific cabinet takes, please make sure to ask the designer before placing an order. You can also request our designers check your floor plan to the items in your cart before ordering.
