Merchandise may be returned only if it is unopened in its’ original packaging and condition. Before you can return the items to us, you must send written notification to us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The written notice must be received by Bestonlinecabinets.com within 15 days of receiving the products. The written notification must include a list of all the items being returned and the reason for return. All shipping and handling costs are not refundable or returnable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with shipping the returned merchandise back to us. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned items, will we issue you a refund within 30 days.

Order Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled by written notice within 48 hours of the order being placed without any penalty or cost to you. Once you submit your written notification, if you do not receive a confirmation from Bestonlinecabinets.com within 24 hours, you must contact us again to get a confirmation. Any delays can be costly because we strive to ship out orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Any cancellations beyond 48 hours are treated as normal returns, see return policy.
