Terms and conditions regarding our privacy policy, shipping policy, payment policy, warranty policy, our products and services, limits of liability, errors on website or pricing are all governed by these terms and conditions.

At Bestonlinecabinets we respect all of our customer’s privacy and personal information. We want you to be confident in our services and the manner in which your personal information is used by our website. This notice describes our privacy policy and how information you provide is used by Bestonlinecabinets. How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services. We reveal only the last few digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Does Bestonlinecabinets share any of my personal information?

At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate for any advertising or information sharing purposes. We will need to share your personal information with authorized Credit Card processing companies in order to process payments and also with certain Shipping and Freight Forwarding companies in order to properly ship your order.
E-mail Communications:
To help us make e-mails more productive to improve service and your shopping experience, we sometimes send you newsletters of our services and products, notifications of changes to our policies, and order confirmations. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us, other than order notifications and receipts, please adjust your "Subscription" preferences by logging into your account.
Upon confirmation of your order, we will prepare the order and get it ready to ship. Most orders will be shipped out within 3 days. The time in transit will vary based on your location; normally it will take about a week. We are based in California so the transit time is based on your distance from California. In most cases, from the time that you place your order you will receive the products within 2 weeks. There are 3 options on where to ship to and they are listed below.
Packaging
The bulk of the products will be cabinets. Cabinets are flat-packed in cardboard boxes and most boxes are no bigger than 28”x44”x6”. The boxes will be placed on 4’x4’ pallets and we generally stack them to 72” or less. We might exceed the height in the case where it will reduce the number pallets and when it is allowed by the shipping company. The boxes will be stacked on top of each other and then wrapped in plastic to protect it and to reduce lost of items. Other items, such as handles, sinks, faucets, range hoods will be individually packaged and placed onto the pallets if your order includes cabinets. If you order small items only and no cabinets, they will ship out in smaller packages and not on pallets. Certain moldings and panels will be up to 96” and may be bundled separately. Some items such as hardware, sinks, hoods, may be shipped separately.
Option 1-Nearest Terminal
For nearest terminal shipping we have a flat rate shipping fee of $295. There are terminals throughout the U.S. and in most cases the nearest to your house will be within 20 miles. You will be notified when it will arrive at the terminal and it is your responsibility to pick it up from the terminal with your own transportation.
Option 2-Curbside Delivery
The fee to upgrade to home curbside delivery is an additional $195. With this option, the trucking company will deliver the products to your home address. They will not be responsible for unloading the shipment, you are responsible for that. If this may be a problem for you, please contact us and we will make special arrangements for you, but this may add an additional cost.
Option 3-Commercial Location
The fee to upgrade to delivery to a commercial location is $50. Delivery to a commercial location will require the location to have a loading dock. If you have access to such a location, we recommend this shipping option. It is the easiest and the fastest way. So if your friend or neighbor or coworker has their own warehouse, ask if you can use it to receive your order, it will save you time and hassle!
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All products purchased from Bestonlinecabinets are subject to the following warranty disclaimers and limitations. Most products purchased from Bestonlinecabinets will have a limited lifetime warranty. Our main product is RTA kitchen cabinets and there are many parts to this product and the warranty for certain parts may differ. Limited lifetime warranty covers almost all of the hardware on the cabinets, such as hinges and tracking. The wood components have a 3 year warranty. These include mainly the cabinet doors and drawer fronts and paneling. This warranty covers the door and drawer fronts that may reveal some defects caused by faulty manufacturing, mainly if it shrinks, warps, expands, and or changes its’ shape in a natural way that causes the doors or drawers to not function properly. This also includes if a door or drawer looks abnormal to the human eye then it should be changed out and it is covered by this warranty. In certain situations when the damaged part is inexpensive or easily replaceable, Bestonlinecabinets will instead issue compensation of the fair value of the defective product instead of replacing it, this is at the discretion of Bestonlinecabinets.
Limits of Warranty
-Warranty does not cover any damages or problems caused by improper installation in any way.
-All warranty is limited strictly to the item or the part of item that was purchased from Bestonlinecabinets.com. Warranty does not include any other products used in conjunction with the cabinets; including but not limited to: countertops, all appliances, backsplashes, plumbing, fixtures, and all forms of labor and installation of all products (whether purchased from Bestonlinecabinets or not) are not covered by this warranty.
-Warranty does not include damages caused by any other product or natural causes of any form. So you if you have a leak or a flood, it is not covered by this warranty. Also all natural causes such as earthquake, tornado, flood, etc that cause damages are all not covered by this warranty.
-Any form or misuse, accident, alteration, negligent use is not covered by this warranty.
-Warranty will not cover any other products not purchased from Bestonlinecabinets.
-Warranty will not cover the costs to remove or reinstall the damaged or any other parts. All labor is the responsibility of the customer.
-This warranty is not transferable. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the products under our warranty policy.
-Natural wood characteristics are not considered defects. Variations in grain, color, knots, and black eyes and other natural wood patterns are not considered defects.
-Most types of paint or stain will fade over time to some degree. In general this isn’t serious, but if you purchase additional cabinets 3 years after your original purchase, and they are the same cabinets, the color may differ slightly and most likely the original cabinets will be lighter than the newly purchased cabinets. Do not be scared, stains and paint on wood general fade in a similar manner to car paint but even slower, we are just saying that in 10 years the cabinets will not be the exact same color as original.
-Cosmetic defects including but not limited to, scratches, dents, bad coloring, and all things that can be spotted will the eye easily are considered cosmetic. Cosmetic defects will only be under warranty if it is reported within 5 days of receiving the products. The reason is that most scratches and dents can be caused during or after installation and those are not covered by this warranty. We want to take responsibility for all manufacturer’s defects but we cannot cover scratched and dents that were caused by improper installation or use.
-Placing the cabinets in an extreme environment voids this warranty. Wood products are not intended to be installed outside such a backyard or patio. Extended exposure to direct light and extreme temperatures will cause the color to fade. It will also cause most solid wood components such as doors and drawer fronts to warp and shrink.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned only if it is unopened in its’ original packaging and condition. Before you can return the items to us, you must send written notification to us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The written notice must be received by Bestonlinecabinets.com within 15 days of receiving the products. The written notification must include a list of all the items being returned and the reason for return. All shipping and handling costs are not refundable or returnable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with shipping the returned merchandise back to us. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue you a refund within 30 days.
*Please note: All special order items, clearance items, items not in its’ original packaging and condition CANNOT be returned.
Order Cancellation Policy
An order may be cancelled by written notice within 48 hours of the order being placed without any penalty or cost to you. Once you submit your written notification, if you do not receive a confirmation from Bestonlinecabinets.com within 24 hours, you must contact us again to get a confirmation. Any delays can be costly because we strive to ship out orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Any cancellations beyond 48 hours are treated as normal returns, see return policy
